Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain product listings in Amazon Seller Central.
• Manage parent/child variation listings and ensure catalog accuracy.
• Perform and troubleshoot flat file uploads for bulk catalog updates.
• Open and manage Amazon support cases to resolve catalog-related issues.
• Optimize listings with correct attributes, titles, descriptions, and keywords.
• Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and monitor listing health.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central catalogs.
• Hands-on experience with flat file uploads and troubleshooting errors.
• Strong ability to manage and resolve Amazon support cases.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
