This is a remote position.
The Telesales Representative drives sales revenue by qualifying leads through the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas. The Telesales Representative's responsibilities include contacting potential customers, reading from a prescribed script, focusing on prospect needs to close sales, and documenting prospect information, purchases, and reactions.Essential Functions:
Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.Asking questions to engage prospects and keep the conversation going.Listening to the prospects' needs to qualify potential leads.Gathering and documenting prospect information, purchases, and reactions to products.Keeping updated on all services and informing prospects of new products.Answering prospects' questions on the services.Meeting sales quotas.Requirements
