- Interviewcandidatesthrough phonecalls orvideo.
- Preparelogicalreasoningandlanguagetestsforthepreliminary rounds.
- MonitorkeyHRmetrics, includingtime-to-fill,time-to-hire andsourceof hire.
- Beaconsultant forthenew employeeson board.
- Conductjoiningformalities.
- Conductexit formalities.
- Beresponsiblefor day-to-dayHRoperations.
