This is a remote position.

Responsibilities as Administrative Associate:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for incoming student inquiries and book counselling

  • appointments

  • Follow-up with lead database by email, phone, text, messaging and record results in

  • company CRM system

  • Assist answering incoming phone calls and emails and book appointments

  • Greet office visitors and provide on-site assistance

  • Assist with prep and execution of various events as needed

  • Assist with general office tasks as requested


Requirements

  • Pursuing post secondary education

  • Proficiency with CRM software and tools

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask

  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills

  • Works well in a fast paced environment

  • Experience with Administrative tasks
